7th and 8th Graders are both finishing their units in Social Studies and will be testing sometime after Spring Break. I will be expecting both 7th and 8th Grade students to use Spring Break to get their notebooks in order. Students in 7th Grade will be presenting their projects after Spring Break, so I have posted the requirements for this project below. Monday: 7th Grade - Who Rules Activity - Students will familiarize themselves with the major different types of governments throughout the world.
Tuesday: 8th Grade - 3 Branches of Government Notes and Review Game Wednesday: Snow Day Thursday: Snow Day Friday: 7th Grade - Begin Government Propaganda Project in Group. This will be presented after Spring Break. A very short week is upon us at Providence Creek Academy! 7th and 8th Grade will be attending a field trip in Middletown to see the film A Wrinkle in Time. On Wednesday there will be no classes due to a Professional Development Day for PCA staff. Hopefully we will not experience any snow days that send us back further!
